RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date acceptance and rejection records and/or certifications systems as required by the applicable specifications.
Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection and/or calibration of parts, tools, instruments or x‐ray film. Identify defective conditions and test failures and prepare all appropriate documentation and/or calibration history.
INSPECTION:
Perform inspection on complex parts using a wide variety of measuring and test equipment.
Adapt and develop complex inspection set‐ups to check sample parts, forgings and castings. Check tool and jig layouts.
Perform first article and envelope inspections, source inspections, and/or complex surface plate set‐ups. Interpret specifications, charts, manuals and other data to arrive at acceptance or rejection. Recommend changes to supervision. Use mathematics to convert blueprint dimension and tolerances. Work within the guidelines of drawings, schematics, blueprints, route sheets, travelers, quality directives, technical engineering specifications, customer's requirements and military standards.
Layout all component part characteristics onto rough or semi‐machined castings, forgings and machine parts to maintain control of machining cycle during manufacturing.
CALIBRATION:
Perform calibration on complex multi‐function electronic measuring and test equipment.
Set‐up calibration test conditions having various circuit requirements interpreting calibration procedures, specifications, manufacturer's instructions, or related documents.
Ability to interpret drawings and electronic schematics.
Document and evaluate historical data to determine calibration intervals.
Diagnose and calibrate newly acquired complex electronic equipment.
NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST:
Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment and material checks. Perform pre‐inspection and post‐inspection cleaning.
Set‐up equipment and conduct tests.
Interpret, evaluate and document inspection results in accordance with approved procedures.
Perform complete inspections in accordance with applicable specifications, standards and other contractual documents.
Operate X‐ray equipment and film processor.
Select the method and technique to be used for a specific inspection. Prepare and verify the adequacy of inspection procedures.
Job Requirements:
Five years related inspection experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable military standards or specifications.
Required experience in CMM operations, background in dimensioning and tolerancing per ANSI Y 14.5. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, customer's specifications and internal drawings and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of machine shop mathematics including trigonometry. Knowledge of electro‐hydraulic servo systems and the computer IEEE systems. Personal hand tools may be required.

Job Overview
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials are received accurately and routed to the appropriate departments. Responsibilities
Ensure all products are properly packaged, labeled, and lot controlled.
Verify products against purchase orders or packing slips for accuracy.
Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures.
Maintain ISO standards of the products and ensure that there is proper handling of inspection tools.
Maintain the QA incoming and first article database.
Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures.
Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures.
Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing process.
Receive inventory records, process of receiving inspection documents and all other applicable documentation in coordination with the QA department.
Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
Manage non-conforming components, ensuring relevant departments are informed and assisting in final resolution.
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
Prepare non-conformance reports, as necessary.
May prepare and submit change requests.
Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review system.
May train other Inspectors.
Assists in gathering, analyzing, and trending of data.
Require to keep accurate records to ensure ISO compliance and to be prepare for regular ISO audits.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Inspection or quality technician/specialist in machine shop, foundry, or sheet metal shop.
Experience in use of precision tooling/measuring devices. (Calipers, micrometers, welding gases, torque wrench, scale, measuring tape, jigs, multimeter, etc.)
High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.
Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience drafting reports and collating data.
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs works related to online inspection, sanitation inspection, receiving inspection, and other activities related to quality assurance and quality control.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Online Inspection
Conduct online inspections and verify the control parameters according to procedures and instructions for production, filling and packaging process.
Record result of inspection, including weigh-up, filling temperature, packaging material, product code, container closure, etc.
Perform GMP/hygiene inspection based on GMP and hygiene standards. Correct GMP/hygiene violation and report to production supervisor and/or QA Manager.
All jobs shall be conducted timely according to QA/QC work instruction.
Sanitation Inspection
Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, including pre-operation inspection and post-operation inspection.
Perform ATP test and environmental swabbing.
Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees' hygiene condition.
Record the result of inspection and communicate with Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager.
Receiving Inspection procedures
Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according to QA/QC work instruction.
Take samples when needed according to the receiving manual
Organize and update Raw Material Manual.
Organize and update receiving records.
Organize and update COA from suppliers
Other tasks
Observe and record nonconforming products / production and promptly communicate with production supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager or designee for immediate action.
Make routine decisions for product holding, production line holding, etc, and verify correction and corrective action and document the incident accordingly.
Calibrate equipments used for inspections and report immediately if the device is malfunction.
Assist Quality Assurance Manager with any tasks related to quality compliance.
Perform other special assignment from the management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
Responsible for assigned jobs/tasks. To complete work in a timely manner with accuracy, and conformance to work instructions, IPC620/designated standards and customer requirements. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or department manager.
Essential Duties:
Execute task as assigned by lead/supervisor and/or manager
Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revs, quantities, etc.)
Verify documentation for customer inspection / test requirements
Conduct inspections / test per instructions and standards
Read and understand technical drawings
Document all transactions per directions
Refer problems or concerns to lead, supervisor or manager
Maintain work area clean and organized (FOD free)
Advise lead or manager of training, equipment needs and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:

LIST CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING WHETHER OUTSOURCED OR INTERNAL IF APPLICABLE:
Familiarity with IPC-620 / 610 requirements
J-STD solder acceptance criteria
Familiarity with PKC operating systems (QMS, Work Instructions, ERP, etc.)
