Responsibilities as a QC Inspector will include but are not limited to:
Learn and maintain EVPM (Electronic Visual Process Management) and be able to teach others.
The utilization of testing techniques and the application of quality tools to the reduction of process and product variation; and to support the development of manufacturing quality control plans to ensure that products are produced to Customers' Expectations.
Testing and execution of product performance testing procedures that are predictive of what the customer and end user can expect to receive.
Development, implementation, and audit of manufacturing control plans and standard operating procedures to which adherence will result in products that are produced to target.
Develop, communicate and train work instructions for quality procedures.
Maintain required records and charts in a neat and orderly fashion.
Provide samples and documented feedback to Die Shop.
Conflict Management Skills.
Be able to flex to other areas of the press, saw, head stretch.
Must be able to obtain Mobile Equipment and Crane / Hoist licenses.

Capable of using multiple types of measuring equipment and gauges.
Be able to read and interpret part drawings.
Keep neat and accurate records of dimensions.
Be able to communicate with Die Correctors, Press Leads, and Saw Crew in a positive and effective manner.
Successful candidate must be able to learn how to operate Press in a safe and productive manner.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis;
Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time.

Job Description
As a Construction Materials and Testing (CMT) Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. You will independently collect construction materials samples from various construction sites and perform tests and inspections to assess the properties and integrity of those materials, using specialized equipment and following established procedures and standards. You will document your findings and communicate results to project managers and other stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and maintaining the structural integrity and safety of construction projects.
You will also travel to various job sites and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

SUMMARY: The QA Technician is responsible for driving sustainable growth by maintaining quality requirements according to company policies, customers, industry, and regulatory specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maneuver and perform evaluations of samples.
Assist with the monitoring of antimicrobial levels throughout production areas to withstand compliance with Safety and Suitable
Support facility Food Safety/Regulatory Compliance programs such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP's), and Sanitation Performance Standards (SPS) via monitoring and verifying. Assure monitoring instruments, i.e., thermometers, etc. are accurately calibrated.
Provide verification services in the areas of receiving, storage of ingredients, packaging and raw materials, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), net weights, proper labeling, quality characteristics. Verification may include additional monitoring as a verification step.
Maintain records, processes, procedures including responsibility for data entry of specific quality-related information.
Effectively communicate inspection findings and observations.
Suspend production upon discovery of improper insanitary conditions, out of control, or if positive control in question.
Retain product that does not conform to USDA, George's, or customer requirements.
Follow all safety rules and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

Preferred
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
