    Actalent is seeking a lab technician to support an industrial paint manufacturing company in Columbus. This role involves coordinating the collection of random samples from production batches and conducting a wide variety of complex testing processes to measure the physical characteristics of products. The position is a long term opportunity and on 3rd shift, from 10:30pm - 6:30am, Monday-Friday. • Understand and follow a batch ticket (recipe) with high degree of accuracy for weights and measurements. • Perform a wide variety of complex testing processes on production batches to measure product's physical or chemical characteristics.
