Responsibilities
Ensure proper sampling and documentation is complete on product, CCP metal detectors, weight control, calibrating scales, moisture machine verification, submitting samples
Verify all logs from processing are complete and report any discrepancies
Assisting in GMP compliance audits and inspections
Perform Pre-op inspection and documentation, follow up on corrective action
Performs monthly glass audit for Famoso and Kyte reports to QA Manager
Other duties assigned by QA Manager and help in conducting training
Must have the smocks ready for daily use in production area
Must be able to understand and properly fill out daily documentation
Conduct monitoring procedures stated out in HACCP and in their appropriate food safety and quality manuals, reporting breaches if any
Conduct environmental swabbing on equipment throughout facility

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.
