**The Role**
The ME Product Interface Quality Lead plays a critical role in driving quality excellence across the General Assembly (GA) Product Interface organization. The ideal candidate is a change agent with deep expertise in quality assurance methodology and a passion for cross-functional collaboration that will support GA Product Interface in modernizing quality systems and processes. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all quality assurance activities, ensuring alignment, compliance, and continuous improvement in risk management and quality processes while transitioning to an all-digital future.
**What You Will Do**
+ You will support advancing GA Product Interface digital goals:
+ Collaborate with expert partners to leverage advanced technologies to eliminate manual and repetitive Quality tasks.
+ Lead efforts to build and maintain shared PFMEA Level 1 templates, helping teams stay aligned and reduce manual reviews (including supporting technology innovations).
+ Utilize advance collaborative tools with expert partners to proactively identify and resolve PFMEA-related issues, minimizing the need for escalation across Levels 1, 2, and 3.
+ Develop efficiencies and strategies to streamline RPL1/S deviation request reviews and approvals, enhancing speed and accuracy.
+ Drive continuous improvement and oversight of transformation activities once steady state achieved.
+ Support GA Product Interface in transition by:
+ Aligning internal and external resources through collaborative digital platforms to ensure timely and efficient PFMEA completion.
+ Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders as required
+ Management, support and facilitation of Quality deviations
+ Represent the GA Product Interface organization in Quality Chain working-level discussions and escalate items as needed
**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ 3+ years' experience in PFMEA facilitation or equivalent quality systems
+ 2+ years' experience facilitating meetings with / presenting to Executive level leaders

The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. Primary Role
Leads multiple operations or programs to continually meet all applicable environmental regulations. Provides technical knowledge and guidance on wastewater treatment, permitting, regulatory compliance reporting and corrective actions. Responsible for organizing advanced functions and activities related to environmental management and wastewater compliance management for assigned facilities. Administers programs to ensure compliance with all wastewater and environmental regulations including wastewater permit adherence, NPDES permit reporting and adherence, SWPPP reporting and compliance, hazardous material and waste management, and air resources management. Responsible for internal staff training regarding environmental compliance and permit adherence. Assists in resolving wastewater treatment issues.
Key Accountabilities
Gives technical guidance to operations regarding wastewater, water quality, and environmental compliance related issues.
Collaborates with plant and laboratory staff, ensuring communication across working groups, and appropriate sampling / procedures for testing are met. Recommends process improvements and procedures to maintain adherence to wastewater, water, and various environmental permits and regulations. Ensure wastewater treatment and disposal activity is in accordance with regulatory permit conditions.
Ensure compliance with applicable wastewater and environmental regulatory permits.
Assists local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies during inspections. Responds (on-call) to wastewater, water quality, and environmental compliance problems, taking appropriate corrective action including documentation to advise management.
Assures that policies, programs, standards of performance and approved objectives related to wastewater, water quality, and environmental compliance are adhered to. Prepare, review, and submit necessary regulatory reports to governing bodies. Works with Operations staff on receipt of chemical supplies to ensure adequate supply along with monitoring equipment, chemical feeds, etc. to ensure standards are maintained. Supervises the training of plant operating staff and other personnel in chemical handling practices, permit requirements, and environmental initiatives.
Supports wastewater activities related to the Environmental Management Program to ensure compliance with applicable regulations are continually met. Plan, prepare and control the portion of the financial plan related to area of responsibility. Conduct special projects.
Knowledge/Skills
Advanced knowledge of wastewater treatment practice is required.
Must have advanced knowledge of wastewater, water and environmental regulations affecting the business.
Must have strong familiarity with various wastewater treatment technologies and instrumentation used in the business.
Ability to analyze complex situations and propose viable solutions.
Experienced in data analysis, regulatory reporting, and interfacing and reporting to a variety of regulatory agencies.
Must understand principles of water and wastewater treatment and be able to troubleshoot systems.
Process, project, and program management skills; quantitative skills (e.g., analytical, technical, problem solving); effective people management (e.g., planning, organizing, controlling, and leading teams); written and verbal communications (e.g., fluency in report writing and presentations); interpersonal skills (e.g., persuasion, negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy, problem solving, internal consulting).
Experience/Education
Bachelor Degree required. Masters preferred.
Minimum four (4) years' experience in wastewater, and/or water, and/or laboratory operations preferred
Valid driver's license is required
Previous experience managing teams is preferred
Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Travel Requirements
35% - 50% travel within the Big Island and Oahu. May need to travel to mainland (CA and NJ occasionally)

Education/Qualifications:

* Complete input of and follow-up of work orders in V12, report carpet cleaning, deep cleaning and any required maintenance, up-keep and or repairs needed in units, include photos when or if needed, report inventory needed in units such as linens and small appliances, report and follow-up on any damage.
* Deliver and or pick up inventory to be delivered to units, guests, owners and properties as needed.
* Assist with and install items such as but not limited to small appliances, Wi-Fi equipment etc. as needed and or assigned.
* Check units for thermostat settings, maintenance problems, lights turned off, and or any unauthorized use of rooms, move furniture from time to time as maybe needed due to weather or other conditions and other similar checks as assigned.
* Train to be able to complete unit quality control inspections and understand standards so they can be applied to regular arrival inspections.
* Cross-train for and assist the reservations office answering phones and other duties as needed and or assigned.
* Complete Aloha arrival and departure calls, assist guests/owners and on-site staff while on property as needed and or requested or assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Inspect and examine rooms and public areas for damages, report to engineering any findings as necessary to ensure the hotel is in accordance with standards.
Record inspection results and resolve areas of deficiency.
Resolve guest complaints and maintain accommodations standards.
Participates in the training and development of other housekeeping team members.
Assists with inventory control and consumption (chemicals, supplies, linen, amenities, etc.).

Serve as the primary contact between housekeeping personnel and hotel colleagues.

Responsibilities
Monitoring daily construction activities to ensure fiber placement (aerial, buried, underground) follows engineering prints and customer specifications.
Verifying cable sequential numbers, handhole/pedestal installation accuracy, and documenting GPS coordinates and as-built data.
Preparing and submitting daily reports and project documentation.
Resolving design and staking sheet problems that arise during construction and, when necessary, interpreting company guidelines for specific applications.
Communicating with landowners, permitting agencies, and internal departments as needed.
Supporting schedule coordination, workflow monitoring, and cost tracking efforts.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physically ability to work outdoors in varied weather and terrain; capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
