The Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement education. The coordinator acts as a resource person to all departments and medical staff. He/She develops and manages measurement systems to monitor performance and generate facility-specific reports. He/She also identifies and establishes business process improvements. Plus, he/she participates in operational policy development.
