The Director of Quality will develop, implement, and manage the overall quality strategy, consisting of quality assurance and quality control efforts, for construction operations of all Haydon operating entities. The Director will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, industry and company standards in addition to establishing quality benchmarks, KPI's and the processes and procedures to achieve them. Evaluate and implement Lean construction processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor project QA/QC personnel and other field staff in quality practices.
