What You'll Be Doing: * Provide management direction for quality practices across the PMO, including administrative and supervisory responsibilities. * Lead and oversee a team of 9 Regional/Sector Quality Managers, with an ultimate QA organization of approximately 200 personnel. * Develop and implement project/program Quality Systems aligned with Parsons Quality Management System and USACE QA/QC requirements. * Interface with senior-level representatives from program/project management, design/engineering, purchasing, and construction teams. * Establish and maintain audit schedules, conduct audits, and facilitate corrective actions. * Prepare and review Quality manuals, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and client requirements. * Support quality governance and maintain Parsons quality-related certifications. * Provide technical guidance and leadership to quality professionals across multiple regions. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * US Citizenship is required * Must be able to obtain appropriate DHS suitability determination * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, or Quality discipline (or equivalent experience). * 10+ years of experience in Quality or related field, with 5+ years in a supervisory or management capacity. * Strong leadership and expert knowledge of Quality Management practices and ISO 9000 standards. * Experience implementing quality systems and standards (ISO, ASME, ANSI, ASTM). * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to direct and manage large teams and complex projects. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this D.C. based position is $77,332-$81,402 based on a 37.5-hour work week for this exempt position.
