Assist the project team to inspect delivered materials/equipment to confirm they match approved submittals as well as the contract documents. Where applicable, review manufacturer's installation instructions and ensure installation complies. Review project testing and inspection requirements and work with project team to ensure all required tests and inspections are performed, in compliance with the documents, and properly documented. Inspect installed materials to ensure quality workmanship that complies with the project requirements. Work with the project team and subcontractors to ensure non-compliant work is corrected and well documented. Review log of deficient work items and work with the project team to ensure open issues are resolved. Review log of testing requirements and work with the project team to ensure all requirements are met and documented. Complete quality control inspections and prepare reports that include work performed, deficient work items, corrected work items, and any other pertinent information necessary to thoroughly document work activities. Attend, witness and document all third-party testing required by the contract documents.
