GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring the adherence to quality standards and protocols in all construction and industrial services projects. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of AIS Infrastructure's deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for heavy civil construction and industrial services projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify and address any quality issues, non-conformities, or deficiencies in construction processes, materials, or workmanship.
Collaborate with project teams to establish corrective actions and preventive measures to improve quality performance.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with quality requirements.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on quality control, is required for this role.
Experience with at least 2 federal design-build projects and at least 2 construction projects with a value of $10 million or more is required for this role.
Experience with heavy civil construction projects is highly preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in quality control or quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) are preferred.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
Strong familiarity with relevant quality control tools, equipment, and software.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices in construction and industrial services.
