Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.
Must be willing to travel and relocate. Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so relocation and/or travel are required.
Over 7 years of experience in quality and environmental management.
Experience of operating ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems.
Membership of a relevant professional organizations.
Trained as an internal auditor.
Experience in the construction industry, engineering or related fields (preferably heavy civil engineering including tunnels, dams and reservoirs, transportation and pipelines)
Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications, including rebar shop drawings for structural concrete work.

**What You Will Do**

Minimum Qualifications:

* Handles all phases of group tour arrivals to provide a smooth and orderly flow of guests.
* Coordinates bell staff in the dispatching and receiving of all buses leaving or arriving at each location, or assigns responsible Front Office Associate(s). Oversees the loading of baggage and seating of passengers.
* May transfer funds and be responsible for a cash bank.
* May assist in Housekeeping and/or Laundry when short staffed.
* Ensure each employee is properly trained to deliver efficient, effective service to Park visitors.
* Continues the development of all Guest Service personnel throughout the season.
* Enforces policies in the areas of dress, appearance and conduct, established by GNPL.
* Motivates staff as necessary.
* Familiar with emergency fire evacuation and safety procedures.
* Ensures all lost and found policies are strictly enforced.
* Ensure all PCI Compliance guidelines are trained, followed, and enforced.
* Ensures that all staff is following the Company's Ecologix practices.
* Ensures that the all staff is trained and complies with safety guidelines.
* Helps control the inventory of front office supplies and forms.
* Assists other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
* In addition, the Lodging Manager's responsibilities include those listed on the Guest Service Manager and Associate job description.
* Participate in Manager on Duty Program as necessary.
Qualifications
* Ability to teach others in a logical and professional manner
* In-Park travel and overnight stays required
* Required to drive a company vehicle; a driving record check will be completed as part of the standard pre-employment background check.
* Performance management skills.

* Knowledge of keyboard and printer operation.
* Knowledge of Opera PMS program.
* Knowledge of Front Office accounting skills and procedures.
* Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.

* Knowledge of Glacier National Park facilities, activities, and features.
* Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
* Ability to effectively handle multiple situations.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Technical knowledge of Front Office operations.
* Must possess good organizational skills.
* Previous front desk experience preferred.
* Some knowledge of general bookkeeping required.
* Knowledge of common office machines, i.e., computers, typewriters, calculators, cash registers, etc. required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Must be pleasant, helpful, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and courteous in dealing with guests and co-workers.
* Must be team-oriented.
* Must possess neat and pleasant grooming habits.
Physical Requirements include:
* Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
* Standing for up to eight hours per shift.
* Requires bending, stretching and reaching throughout a shift.
* Working with required chemicals.
