Lead food safety plan (HACCP, HARPC) development, validation, and annual reassessment to ensure effective hazard controls. Act as liaison between General Contractor, trade partners, equipment vendors, owner operations, and commissioning agents (CxA) throughout entirety of commissioning phase. Track all project design changes and ensure that they are accurately captured in appropriate as-built documentation and BIM files. Support project management team on monthly applications for payment to ensure that percentage of work installed in the field matches that which has been billed.
