Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Manage an effective quality assurance program that monitors and resolves issues before they become problems.
- Supervise the development and regular update of policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the need for and ensure the provision of necessary training for project personnel, providing up-to-date information on relevant programs, community resources, and options for consumers.
- Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis. Ensure project training program meets all corporate requirements.
- Provide project leadership with updates on all issues regarding quality, operations, training, and policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership to all staff in the areas of quality improvement as it relates to process improvement, customer service and conflict resolution.
- Prepare reports and briefings for project leadership and review monthly and quarterly project status reports provided to the Department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time as business need dictates.
- Lean Six Sigma experience with a minimum of Yellow Belt Certification required.

The Quality Coordinator (QC) of Data Integrity & Analysis ensures the health system's approach to quality is comprehensive, reliable, and data driven. Specifically, this leader supports multiple aspects of both internal data management and external validity related to publicly reported and other deliverable metrics for quality, safety, and outcomes of the health system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Directs and assists with the development and maintenance of consolidated dashboards for hospitals/facilities and department leaders that provide timely and actionable data for decision-making.
* Develops, maintains, and uploads data elements and surveys to various external institutions (e.g. Leapfrog, LHAREF, US News)
* Builds relationships with hospital leaders across the health system to foster trust between operations and data harvested from electronic records, vendors, or other internal systems; systematically validates information received to ensure validity and reliability
* Administers the Culture of Safety Survey in a manner accepted by ongoing Value-Based and Quality Programs
* Compiles survey results and provides analytic reports to the Board, Senior Leadership, and all applicable departments.
* Is the main liaison for the outsourced quality/clinical reporting system used.
* Provides updates to leadership and other operational committees
* Serve as a clinical advisor for quality initiatives (Analytics and Project Management)
* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality and the Senior VP of Quality
* Compliance with the policies and procedures of the Willis Knighton Health Code of Conduct and service quality standards
* Compliance with patient safety and quality initiatives as appropriate for job description
* Consistently and effectively uses the C.I. Care framework when interacting with patients, guests and colleagues

JOB SUMMARY:
Manufacturing Quality Control work includes: Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will hold daily site safety meetings and prepare safety presentations based on the work being performed each day. Other duties include:

Creating schedules and determining sequencing of work. Developing and implementing recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule

Supervision of QC Inspectors: Provide technical direction, training, and supervision to Quality Control (QC) Inspectors to ensure the consistent and accurate execution of inspection plans, critical checks, and adherence to acceptance criteria throughout the manufacturing process.
Drive Conformance and Process Control: Achieve a high level of conformance to complex customer and regulatory specifications through the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), control plans, detailed work instructions/standard work, systematic problem-solving (e.g., 8D), corrective action (CAPA), and rigorous process and product audits.
Technical Review and Compliance: Critically review complex Engineering Drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and specifications for completeness, correctness, and strict compliance with applicable industry codes (e.g., electrical, structural, fire safety) relevant to telecom, energy, and data center applications.

Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate critical quality control information, specifications, and performance metrics to all relevant internal departments, outside vendors supplying specialized components (e.g., HVAC, electrical gear), or contractors.

Position Requirements:
