The Quality Systems Specialist/Senior Quality Auditor will leverage quality
tools and techniques to evaluate product reliability, analyze quality data and
recommend actions to enhance product performance. Develop and adhere to
workmanship standards, work instructions, and incoming inspection procedures.
Drive continuous quality improvement and provide quality support to multiple
supplier manufacturing locations. Manage the ISO certification process and
ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards. Conduct audits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct receiving inspections using assembly drawings, inspection
procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols.
Perform, record, and maintain daily shipping audit reports.
Develop, monitor, and review inspection and workmanship procedures to ensure
compliance with ACD and customer requirement as well as ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Maintain the accuracy of documentation systems (Drawings, Specs, and BOMs)
on the shared drive.
Generate monthly and annual reports on customer returns and complaints.
Review all drawings, BOMs, and specifications for accuracy and ensure the
latest revisions are in use.
Preserve records in the quality system and maintain historical data.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with
suppliers and internal teams.
Participate in new product introductions and monitor supplier quality
performance.
Review website content for information, drawings, and specifications.
Assess the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO
9001:2015 requirements.
Provide training on quality requirements throughout the company, and
maintain annual training records for all Cables on Demand employees.
Request, review, and monitor final test results from all suppliers.
Communicate quality issues to the Director of Operations and assist in
developing corrective actions.
Utilize Great Plains software and develop smart lists.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education
and work experience.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements with the
ability to develop and document quality procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in product failure analysis
and reporting.
High accuracy and attention to detail, especially under pressure and with
frequent interruptions.
Proficiency in personal computers and various software programs.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
The base salary range for this position is $60,320 - $104,400 annually. In
determining rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory
factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry

individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base
