TRC's National Energy Siting and Permitting Practice is seeking to grow our successful transmission and renewables siting and permitting practice. As part of our growth, TRC is seeking an experienced Senior Siting Specialist to participate in business development efforts and lead the development, permitting, and regulatory strategy for complex energy infrastructure projects requiring certification by the state Public Utility Commission's (PUCs), with preference given for the Ohio Power Siting Board process.
This senior-level role will serve as a technical lead and client liaison, guiding projects through the routing and siting process following PUC requirements from pre-application planning to post-certification compliance. Candidates interested should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a range of sectors including power generation and transmission, oil and gas, energy project siting, environmental review, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong working knowledge of the State Administrative Code requirements and related federal/state permitting frameworks. The role will include leading the preparation and support of CPCN Applications to the PUCs, and have familiarity with ecological, cultural and stormwater permitting protocols and requirements. Serves as the primary contact for students and outside contacts for the Health Sciences programs at the campus.

As a As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's C&IB Technology - Treasury Management Solutions your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Create and conduct API requests, collections, and environments in Postman for validation and assertions.
* Collaborate with developers, QEs, and POs to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
* Create and maintain test strategies, test cases, and test result documentation.
* Track and report quality metrics including defect density, test coverage, and execution status using JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Job Description
* Leads and reports on reviews and tests of software systems and products to verify compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
* Leads the effort to work with software developers to resolves issues of incompliance through system modification, reconfiguration or workarounds. Establishes objectives for testing cycles. Develops test scenarios for unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing .
* Leads the team in planning and estimating quality assurance support requirements for new products, new functions and new components. Leads audits and reviews .
* Oversees and leads the efforts to monitor adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of software products. Monitors effectiveness of the assurance process and tools .
* Oversees the tracking of quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect counts. Oversees team members responsible for testing and inspection of products to determine compliance with specifications .
