Using visual control, Problem solving and Eliminating waste Knowledge of government regulations and role of FDA, USDA, Food Code & Crisis Management Certification in HACCP, Seafood HACCP, Food Defense, PCQI, Sanitation, SQF and GMP Ability to effectively utilize quality system feedback and improvement processes to continually improve products, production, and distribution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize tasks and keep up with management directions Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
