JOB TITLE: Additive Manufacturing Technician REPORTS TO: Additive Manufacturing Manager FLSA: Non-exempt JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for setup, execution, and shutdown of print jobs on all 3D printers. Finishes printed parts by performing all necessary post-processing steps to ensure parts meet all department and customer quality requirements before shipping. Controls inventory of 3D printing materials and assists in the maintenance of 3D printing equipment and area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for 3D printer operation and maintenance. Responsible for post processing and packaging of all printed parts per internal and/or external quality requirements. Maintains inventory of all printing materials and cleanliness of all 3D printing areas. Work with Accumold team to ensure 3D printing projects are finished quickly and accurately. Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Supervise and audit truck loading/unloading of 2040 wooden book carts per truck. Verify compliance with Googles packing/handling instructions at pickup library sites. Observe loading process, document compliance, take photos, and prepare full report. Ensure professional representation of ProQC and CLIENT on-site. Recurring 12 inspections monthly at assigned location. Technical & Industry Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years in quality inspection, container loading supervision, or field audits. Strong understanding of container loading supervision and packing audits. Familiarity with auditing bulk/specialized cargo handling (wooden carts, books, or equivalent). Ability to verify compliance against written packing/handling instructions. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Logistics, warehousing, shipping, or field audit inspections. Experience with corporate clients, libraries, or academic institutions an added plus. Job Type: 1099 Contractor Project Duration: Monthly recurring inspections through approx. MarchJune 2026. The Quality Technician will contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) by providing production support to identify and resolve quality issues within the production operation. Ensure that the product meets customer's requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of the manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing, documentation, and where necessary, facilitate corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data, ensuring the QMS is adhered to at all stages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, this person will: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished equipment to verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Investigate quality issues to identify root cause and facilitate appropriate corrective action activities through multiple departments. Use measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers, micrometers, instrumentation) to inspect dimensional and functional characteristics. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and work instructions to determine inspection requirements and acceptance criteria. Accurately document inspection results, nonconformances, and test data in quality records, ERP, and QMS systems. Identify, document, and initiate nonconforming material reports (NCRs) and support root cause and corrective action activities. Support production and assembly teams by providing real-time quality feedback and assisting with problem resolution. Conduct first article inspections and validation of new or revised processes, parts, or equipment. Assist with supplier quality activities, including incoming inspection, supplier issue documentation, and communication of quality concerns. Maintain and verify calibration status of inspection tools and gages per established procedures. Follow and support compliance with internal quality procedures and safety requirements.
