Your Opportunity as Technician Production As a part of the Production Team, you are responsible for several bakery manufacturing activities. In this role you will:
• Work as a helper on one production line in various roles. (i.e., Helper, Indexer, Feeder, Packer, Catcher, etc.)
• Will perform various assigned manual labor tasks to: grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items relating to the production processes assigned.
• Feed, catch and monitors continuous on one production line.
• Visually inspect product for quality and quantity.
• Support quality control programs to ensure production procedures follow best practices of food safety and quality standards.
• Report all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager as soon as possible.
• Understand and comply with all safety procedures that apply to daily operations.
• Work safely; follow proper lock out/tag out procedure where applicable.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures.
• May assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and environment pre- and post-production.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, coworkers, etc.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.

Quality Control Inspector Overview:

Quality Control Inspector Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Inspects all fabrication jobs to maintain the quality levels of work produced in accordance with applicable codes and standards and Prospect Steel QC procedures.
* Travels to subcontracts to inspect jobs for proper standards when required.
* Prepares daily inspection reports.
* Monitor records on all shop welders with their level of certification and monitor daily rod use.
* Assist in setting up, monitor and maintain welding procedures, bolting procedures and painting procedures required for projects.
* Provide feedback on questions related to qualifying and project requirements from shop employees.
* The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:
* High School education or the equivalent is required.
* Minimum of two years' experience in construction industry and/or welding.
* Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) may be required. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting structural steel drawings.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
Physical Demands:
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently, climb 25 ft, and ability to bend, stoop, push and pull frequently.
* Exposure to temperature fluctuations and loud work environment.
* Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

3pm-11pm Job Summary: The Quality Inspector ensures acceptable extruded parts and finished products by inspecting and testing to the required standards, drawings, specifications, and process instructions. The inspector will make suggestions and assist the Production Team in identifying issues and preventing recurrence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow safe work procedures
Perform dimensional checks on extruded parts at press or finishing department to ensure they are within tolerance per specifications; and work with press crew or supervisor in correcting out of tolerance situations
Verifies cut lengths, squareness, and perpendicularity are correct at saw operations
Perform etch and swage tests
Prepare and maintain quality system records, including inventory status (holds, scrap, etc.)
Works with control of non-conforming products, corrective and preventive actions, inspection status
Perform pre-stretch as required
Checks parts being prepared for shipment to ensure they are packaged correctly
Prepare or test tensile specimens
Supports and sustains the plant 5S system
Assists in other functions as needed by shift supervisor or quality manager as previously trained

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, work instructions, and perform necessary calculations using shop math to conform tooling, detailed parts, assemblies and installations.
Perform complete inspection of components, major assemblies, sub-assemblies, production tools or parts during manufacturing, modifications, installations to determine safety or conformance to standards and requirements.
Interpret and check complex prints, engineering change orders and governmental regulatory procedures and specifications.
Apply technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, sheet metal, etc. to determine and sign off safety, airworthiness, or conformance.
Use precision measuring guides, gauges and laboratory instruments.
Suggest dispositions of damaged or worn parts and the possibility of salvage based on FAA regulations, company practices or procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of five (5) years aircraft related experience
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
Good knowledge of FAA regulations as pertaining to aircraft maintenance.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
Must have required tools.
Able to work on maintenance stands, extending to 25 feet
Able to work in confined spaces and in unusual positions
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
Able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
