Collect supplemental PM samples throughout the facility following Standard Operating Procedures on a defined frequency
Conduct testing of products in compliance with USP and USP methodology
Adhere to aseptic techniques to maintain the integrity of samples and prevent contamination
Visually inspect filters for presence of particulate matter size 150 microns or higher
Prepare and calibrate testing equipment and solutions per standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot, raise, and resolve issues related to testing procedures or equipment
Collaborate with other quality team members to ensure samples are collected, delivered, tested, and released within defined timeframes
Promptly communicate issues with testing or inspection testing, including out of limits

Pay: $$23.58 to $34.61 - $$23.58
The base salary range for this position in Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $$23.58 to $34.61 and $$23.58 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Technician who collaborates with engineering and production to ensure quality standards are in place and being followed. Helps to implement methods and procedures for inspecting and evaluating the conformance of all products. This role approves the first article following each machine setup and sampling of finished products by confirming specifications, conducts visual and measurement tests, returns products for re-work, and confirms re-work. Ensures that all non-conforming parts and assemblies are identified and documented with containment.
