Perform debugging procedures. Conduct root cause and impact analysis for recurring or high priority issues and provide reports to leadership as requested. Document processes and contribute to a knowledge base for other quality assurance team members. Apply expertise in test automation tools and frameworks to increase the efficiency of the testing process. Maintain a current knowledge of QA best practices and industry trends to ensure continued evolution of the QA function at Your Health Idaho.
