Position Summary

What You'll Do
Conduct field inspections of underground systems, temporary power, switchgear, and equipment installations
Review project scopes and QA/QC expectations during kickoff meetings
Collaborate with field teams, general contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with company and client standards
Use the QuickBase QA/QC App to record inspections, document issues, and manage nonconformance reports
Verify torque and megger testing results and closeout documentation accuracy
Promote best practices and consistency across projects
Support administrative and documentation tasks as needed
Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town projects
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in electrical construction (Foreman or Superintendent experience preferred)

Working under the immediate supervision of a registered professional engineer, you work as a team member alongside site managers, general contractors, and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services at various environmentally regulated solid waste landfill construction projects. You monitor general contractor activities, onsite testing, and reporting of earthwork and soil construction as well as geosynthetic baseliner, closure cap, piping, and gas extraction systems. Work Environment
When running the engines, you will be working outdoors with exposure to the elements. This can include, but is not limited to, heat, cold, or rain. A risk of electrical shock is always present. At times there can be hazards from moving equipment (i.e.: forklifts). There can be a lot of ambient noise, and in some cases hearing protection must be worn. Risk of cuts or abrasions is present, especially when dealing with panels, or maneuvering between units for splice plate measurements or mechanical checks.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspections using a variety of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, CMM, height gauges).

Work collaboratively with production teams, project managers, and field service crews to ensure product quality and process control.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions.
Provide training or coaching team members on inspection techniques, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
Act as an on-site quality and safety representative during field work, including aboard ships in foreign ports.
Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documentation for audits and customer reviews.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. Must be able to spend extended hours standing. Must be able to crouch into confined spaces to attach test wiring.
Work Environment: in rare cases, when working outdoors, there will be exposure to the elements. This can include, but is not limited to, heat, cold, or rain. A risk of electrical shock is always present. At times there can be hazards from moving equipment (i.e.: forklifts). There can be a lot of ambient noise, and in some cases hearing protection must be worn. Risk of cuts or abrasions is present, especially when dealing with panels, or maneuvering between units for splice plate measurements or mechanical checks.

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Senior Associate to join our team. This fully onsite position follows a stable shift schedule that includes weekends and possibly nights. The role requires a background in manufacturing and PQA. As a Sr. Associate in Plant Quality Assurance, you will work directly with plant manufacturing and support groups on bulk drug substance manufacturing and new product introductions. You will facilitate real-time decision-making to ensure adherence to GMP quality requirements and foster a strong partnership between Manufacturing and Quality staff.
Responsibilities
+ Provide ongoing Quality oversight to ensure products are manufactured, tested, stored, and distributed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulations.
+ Ensure compliance of facilities, equipment, materials, organization, processes, and procedures with applicable regulations and requirements relating to GMP, GDP, Safety, and other controls.
+ Drive closure and completion of cGMP processes, procedures, documents, and records, including review and approval of deviations, investigations, and corrective/preventative actions (CAPAs).
+ Ensure production and testing records/results are complete, accurate, and documented according to procedures, GDP, and cGMP requirements.
+ Oversee and provide guidance during on-the-floor analytical testing.
+ Assess changes that could potentially impact product quality according to procedures.
+ Investigate and document deviations from established procedures per guidelines.
+ Alert management of quality compliance, supply, and safety risks.
+ Provide project management support, leading efforts to achieve timely task completion and develop strategies for system implementation.
+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within processes and systems.
+ Support and represent PQA during audits and inspections, and directly interact with regulatory agencies during on-site inspections.

Additive Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for the operation of 3D LBPF metal printers, including CAD model review, build preparation.
Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
Principal responsibilities for the position include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Full operation of 3d metal printers. Includes machine unload, setup, operation, maintenance and general upkeep and troubleshooting.
CAD model review, build preparation and general software support for metal printers.
Reviewing model drawings and processing requirements and creating device records.
Aid in post-processing steps done on common shop equipment (micro-blasting, grinding wheel, deburring tools).
Aid in testing of verification samples on hydraulic and electronic test frames. Support R&D engineers during testing of devices for other purposes.
Follow all appropriate safety precautions, including usage of PPE and maintaining lab cleanliness.
Visual inspection of manufactured goods as part of quality-controlled process.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED
Some college education is preferred.
Preference given to technical training and degree work.
EXPERIENCE
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a regulated industry, including adherence to proper paperwork protocols and good quality practices.
