POSITION OVERVIEW The Quality Technician is responsible for driving the 80 Acres Farms quality and food safety program across all processes at the farm. This role ensures that all fiberglass assets remain safe, durable, and visually outstanding for our guests. Responsibilities: Perform fiberglass repairs, fabrication, laminating, and refinishing on ride components, slides, water features, props, signage, vehicles, and theming throughout both Kings Island and Soak City Water Park. Inspect fiberglass assets for cracks, wear, delamination, fading, leaks, and structural concerns; recommend repair methods and timelines. Prepare surfaces through sanding, grinding, cutting, filling, and shaping to ensure proper bonding and quality finishes. Mix and apply resins, catalysts, epoxies, fillers, and gel coats according to specifications and safety standards. Work from technical drawings, repair guides, and verbal instructions to execute accurate, efficient repairs.
