Qualifications and Critical Skills/Expertise: High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 1+ year experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a related field. Hands-on experience with tools, lab equipment, or manufacturing environments; prior production or assembly experience is a plus. Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, rulers), lab equipment, and/or 3D printers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot, and seek clarification to ensure accuracy and quality. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing or sitting for extended periods.
