Education: High School Diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of experience as a Metal Finisher or in a related field Experience: Familiarity with different metal finishing techniques and tools. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Knowledge of different metal materials and their characteristics. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. A basic knowledge of chemistry is preferred but not required.
