Job Summary: Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products. Duties/Responsibilities: Manipulating flower and oil. Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products. Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law. Ability to work well with others and independently. Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis. Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality. Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA. Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality. Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred. Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of standing or sitting for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must have full use of arms and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis. Must be capable of repetitive motions using hands and arms while working with cannabis.
