About the Role: As a Quality Control Technician you'll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet Bambu Earth's high standards for safety, consistency, and quality. This role supports daily batching, production operations and receiving by conducting inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the manufacturing process. You'll work closely with our production team to maintain clean and compliant workspaces, verify that batches meet specifications, and conduct the final review of finished goods that reflect the integrity of our brand. What you'll do: Perform audits or other QA functions on the production floor including line clearance and routine line checks Perform pH analysis on batches, verifying all samples meet the batch specification and take appropriate action when samples are outside the acceptable ranges. Adjust pH of batches to meet specification. Calibrates the pH meter as required. Receives, logs, and stores production retains. Completes necessary paperwork for quality control and operations based on scheduled production. Perform microbiological analyses of aqueous batches and ingredients, using established microbiological methods and procedures. Monitor finished goods product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications. Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials ensuring they meet specifications and standards Approve all batch records ensuring the final product meets the standard and the batch record is complete without error. Participates in training, employee meetings, committees, project teams, etc. as appropriate.
