Perform process audits and follow-up with corrective actions. Ensure the quality of all material meets customer specifications through applicable quality policies, procedures and instructions. Cross train across multiple departments Perform data collection and communication tasks in ERP system and other applications. Perform miscellaneous quality-related clerical duties. Comply with all PAC policies. Additional Information Physical Requirements: Vision to AS 9100 standards documented by yearly vision exams. Able to stand, sit/or ambulate across the production space for long periods of time. Up to 95% of the scheduled shift. Job Description SUMMARY: The Quality Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting inspections, verifying compliance with quality standards, supporting assembly, molding and paint operations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
