Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Technician supports, measures, guides, and adjusts daily and weekly cultivation quality activities through their oversight and participation in our Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the overall quality, compliance, and safety within the cultivation department, and to confirm personnel and processes adhere to our production plans and procedures. Activities may span the entire cultivation cycle, from botanical preparation to final product packaging. The ideal candidate will excel as a team leader, with expertise in food safety, HACCP planning, and a strong attention to detail. This role demands heavy amounts of documentation and systems management; duties are completed individually and occasionally in small teams, under the supervision of the Cultivation Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.

As a Fire Protection Engineering Technologist, the successful candidate will support system operation and reliability through an inspection, testing and maintenance program.
Daily activities may include:
• Writing and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance work scopes.
• Provide technical support to the operators of the inspection, testing and maintenance programs to include water based and gaseous suppression, fire alarm/detection and passive systems.
