The QA/QC Inspector plans and conducts activities related to the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. This role represents the company and its subcontractors during pipe and equipment installation, welding inspection, and oversight of subcontractor quality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to ensure product/component quality.

Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 3 years focused on ASME B31 piping codes, construction, welding, NDT, etc.
AWS QC-1 Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and/or ICC Mechanical - Commercial Certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong written communication and report writing skills.
Proficient in calculations involving proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Problem-solving skills in non-standardized situations.
Regular and routine attendance required.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs; occasionally up to 25 lbs.

An SMT Process Engineer Tech/Engineer provides technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external customers regarding Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Plated Through Hole (PTH) equipment, processes, and related issues, ensuring optimal machine performance and production quality.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:

Technical Support:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Physical Requirements
Possess manual dexterity to perform detailed cosmetic repairs to cabinet components by hand
Individual and team-lifting as appropriate
Safely perform stacking and down-stacking of various cabinet components to process and quarantine non-conforming material
A combination of bending, reaching, squatting/stooping, standing and walking for up to nine hours per day
The ability to operate a manual pallet jack
The ability to work safely and wear proper PPE, which includes, but is not limited to: Safety glasses, ear plugs, task-specific gloves, bump cap or hardhat, and steel toed safety shoes
The ability to work in a hot and/or dusty environment
SHIFTS:
1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.
