SHIFT SCHEDULE:
12.25 hours (rotating days/nights) every 8 weeks
5:45 am - 6:00 pm, 5:45 pm - 6:00 am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manually operate semi-automatic machinery
Run and maintain high speed equipment
Required to troubleshoot, repair equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
Responsible for logistical module management associated with daily operation of the manufacturing equipment
Perform quality checks and record in automated computer systems programs
Interpret statistical data to make quality and productivity decisions
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Basic Purpose
Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure system-wide clinical compliance, quality, and survey readiness initiatives, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and corrective follow up across all ODVA Veterans Homes. Serves as the primary lead for survey preparedness, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and benchmarks that drive CMS 5-Star ratings, state licensure, and TJC accreditation. Leads and coordinates mock survey activities and follow-up validations to ensure continuous readiness, alignment, and sustainability of corrective actions.
Typical Functions
The functions performed in this job family will vary by level, unit and organization, but may include the following:
* Lead development, implementation, and sustainability of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) framework across all ODVA homes in direct collaboration with Director of Clinical Operations.
* Direct and coordinate on-site training, mock survey and reviews, ensuring findings are analyzed, tracked, and validated for sustained improvement.
* Monitor and ensure ongoing survey preparedness and verify documentation meets best practice, VA, and state regulatory standards.
* Track survey findings, complaints, and deficiencies through standardized logs and maintain organized, validated evidence of completion.
* Analyze compliance trends and report performance summaries to the oversight team and executive leadership.
* Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and executive leaders to verify effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions.
* Drive clinical compliance and quality across all ODVA State Veterans homes.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of Federal VA and State regulatory requirements, being the subject matter expert across all ODVA homes, staying abreast of all regulatory updates and revisions, on an ongoing basis. This person will also need to become a subject matter expert on CMS and Joint Commission survey standards to guide continuous improvement efforts across our organization.
* Drive system-wide clinical policy communication, quality assurance activities, and consistent implementation of compliance-related revisions across homes.
Education and Experience
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of possession of a valid Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing; or Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of agency policies and procedures; of all state and federal legislation related to assigned agency programs; and of supervisory principles and practices.

F135 Heavy Maintenance Center Oklahoma City is looking for a Quality Inspector who is energetic and experienced in engine or aircraft maintenance to join the Quality Department.
What You Will Do:
Perform a wide variety of inspection duties during repair and overhaul of engines, modules, subassemblies and components.
Verification of vendor repaired components for conformance to technical manuals, operation sheets, and engineering requirements.
Confirm forms, tags, and vendor certifications conformances with established process.
Measurement of indications on modules and components using a variety of calibrated tooling.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and outgoing parts to determine serviceability or reparability in accordance with approved technical data.
Performs process audits to ensure Quality System compliance.
Enters various quality control data into the computer database.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
Support First Article Inspections.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
10+ years of experience in aircraft / jet engine maintenance and/or quality inspection.
Broad knowledge and experience with jet engine construction and hardware.
F135 Engine maintenance experience.
Knowledge of precision measuring equipment and techniques.
Quality support experience in an aerospace environment, including quality systems and procedures, ISO, audits, calibration techniques, and AS9100.
Proven skills with Microsoft Office.
Lean Six Sigma background preferred, along with SAP MRO experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the sampling, inspecting and testing of all produced materials (concrete, aggregate, sand, etc.) and compare against specifications.
