The CQM Supervisor oversees non-clinical auditors in the Clinical Quality Management (CQM) department, ensuring regulatory compliance and the quality of processes in daily Non-Clinical Utilization Management (UM) activities, under the direction of a manager. This Supervisor is responsible for conducting live audits of UM case files, assigning drivers and presenters, and ensuring their performance is appropriate. Compensation: The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,304 and $72,000 annually, depending on experience.
