Who You Are:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of the finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will be responsible for the production of a variety of finished products including packaged, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and vape pens, and infused products. Our production team is expected to maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and will carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging, and labeling per standard operating procedures set by Curaleaf and our production management.

Stage product and packaging supplies across various production lines to meet daily production schedule
Perform quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures

The Role
In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsible for collecting plasma samples and moving plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
Ensure plasma units are properly stored according to SOPs, which could include unsuitable plasma units and samples.

Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.

+ 20% - Participate as a team member with Quality employees to review product performance, respond to questions and complaints, work with team members to ensure yield and efficiency expectations are met.
+ 20% - Assist in the planning, coordination, and direction all quality, regulatory and food safety programs to ensure compliance with company, governmental and customer requirements and expectations.
+ 20% - Assist in the areas of employee management, selection, training development, performance management, staff efficiencies, yield and efficiency opportunities. Documentation and tracking of identified opportunities.
+ 20% - Train and assist in the cross training of techs and examiners.
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Minimum 6 months of technical services/quality assurance, food safety, auditing, or production experience.
+ Understanding of USDA requirements (HACCP). Able to rethink and improve business for continued growth.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Ability to provide leadership/motivation to engage employees in the business.
+ Basic computer and Microsoft Office software (word, PowerPoint, excel) skills.

The Quality Engineer ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements throughout the production of composite components for launch vehicles and space systems. Quality Planning & Compliance
Ensure composite manufacturing processes comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

Risk Management

Your Story
