Pros of working at Qualtrics

Solid middle management who really does care about their teams. I think the company vision makes a lot of sense and as the leader in the field that they in many ways created, I think that there is a decent chance that the company becomes much larger, it just might take longer than the Leadership team thinks.

Cons of working at Qualtrics

The leadership team is very disconnected from reality and the sales leadership is atrocious. It is very much a sales led company which is concerning when the strategic moves made by that part of the company are so poorly thought out. For a data company every thing is done by shooting from the hip, act first-think later mentality. The implications of so many decision are not considered and they leave lower level teams to have to try to pick up the pieces at extreme speeds. I don’t think they have ever heard the words “Change Management.”
