About the role:

As a Data Scientist at Clarabridge, you'll collaborate with software engineers and other data scientists to develop customer feedback analytics using NLP and Machine Learning. You will apply methods such as text classification, topic modeling, clustering, and transfer learning using both traditional and deep learning approaches. About you:

You have a proven record of developing ML components for robust and scalable data-intensive applications. Specifically:

* 5+ years work experience.
* Advanced training in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.

Technical Instructor

The Technical Instructor position is part of the Clarabridge University team and plays a critical role in ensuring that Clarabridge employees and our customers can use Clarabridge software and strategic CEM best practices effectively and efficiently on an ongoing basis. The Technical Instructor is responsible for aspects of both internal and external education - including, but not limited to, virtual and live training delivery, onboarding new hires, and instructional design. What you'll do:

* Deliver virtual and onsite training programs for customers, as well as for Clarabridge employees, in strategic CEM best practices using Clarabridge solutions and applications.
* Provide input into the development of curriculum for the CX Analyst Solution Specialist certification for Clarabridge employees that implement solutions, customer training programs, and content for certifications.
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of the CX Analyst Solution Specialist program ("boot camp"), which includes but is not limited to: designing learning plans for bootcamp participants, guiding them through prerequisite courses, the capstone project assignments and Clarabridge products, grading exams and project deliverables to evaluate certification achievement, assessing their readiness in practical presentations, and evaluating their final presentations.
* Work with the Clarabridge University Administrator to ensure all logistics are taken care of prior to, during, and after a bootcamp.
* Assist with updates to training courses, including lesson plans, learner guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials.
* Perform administrative responsibilities for the classes offered by Clarabridge University.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of training strategies and development of tactics and tools to improve existing training offerings, materials, and delivery.
* Where possible, evaluate customer health and make recommendations to the Services team that leads their engagements.

About you:

* 1-2 years of recent software training related experience

Lead Software Engineer in Test

Clarabridge is looking for a Software Engineer in Test to lead our integration and performance testing efforts. This role involves working with a variety of Clarabridge and third-party technologies to continuously test and benchmark multiple product components. What you'll do:

* Set up and manage testing architecture
* Build CI/CD pipelines to get software components in the right places for testing

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Clarabridge Platform scrum development team, you will be collaborating with other progressive engineers to bring our software to the next levels of scalability, performance, security, and functionality. We are a scrum shop and happy to teach and mentor if you don't have previous scrum experience. If you do have scrum experience, then you'll be happy to know that we do full scrum, complete with sprint planning, review, retrospectives, daily scrums, backlog refinement, and planning poker. As an ASR Engineer on the Speech Engineering team, you will be working with software developers and implementation consultants to evaluate and improve the accuracy of Clarabridge's automated speech recognition (ASR) systems.
