Pros of working at Quanta Services

Great people to work around, company offered good benefits, cared for their employees for the most part.

Cons of working at Quanta Services

Had an awful boss. Unfortunately I left a great company I would have liked to continue working for, because I had an overly aggressive boss who promoted Nepotism. Hiring family, promoting family over people who had been there years longer, etc. My boss always shot down my ideas, but if that same idea/concept was brought up by anyone else, it would be accepted. Also would corner me, cuss me out, etc. When trying to involve H.R. multiple times, nothing changed.
