The mission: the support they provide members is unparalleled. Compliments pour in every day. I loved being part of that mission.
Corporate politics. Employees aren’t privy to discussions made at the upper levels. Also, there are “cool cliques” with mean people who seem to have power over those who are not in with them.
Working remotely.
There are great Benefits and Flexibility.
No opportunity for advancement.

I interviewed for a position at Quantum Health. Interesting company. After a small series of phone interviews, I had a 2-hour on site interview with the HR rep and several of the company executives. I left with a good feeling and was told I would hear back from them within the week. It's now been close to a month and not a peep. I have called Brandi in HR and left several messages, left a message with Dana Andrews, the Medical Director and emailed both. Nothing but crickets. Another company that professes to a lofty mission statement and culture, but does not walk the walk. Not to mention it is cruel to treat a human being that way.
