    Job Description Clinical Admissions Coordinator Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community currently has an opportunity to join our 5-Star Skilled Nursing Team as a Clinical Admissions Coordinator. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently and cohesively with a team and demonstrate compassionate care. Obtain necessary information from CNA's and properly document and communicate all information. Direct & supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Precisely administer and document medications, treatments, and conditions of residents. Re-positions and/or transfers, as well as transports residents. This includes using available mechanical aids and additional staff according to established QPRC policy and practice. Continually assess resident's health status; reports and documents changes appropriately. Compensation: $21.53-$26.88/hour, excluding shift differentials and dependent upon experience Current Opportunities Personal Care Unit Part-Time Evening Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm - 6 days per bi-weekly pay period Memory Support Unit Part-Time Day Shift 8:00am-12:00pm - 6 days per bi-weekly pay period Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): An LPN Med Nurse will administer personal hygiene, nursing care, treatment and therapeutic measures according to physician's instructions, accepted nursing standards, and QPRC policies. An LPN Med Nurse demonstrates ability to assist all residents to reach self-care potential, to treat and communicate with dementia residents, and to modify own behavior in response to a resident's behavior. Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills with all staff, residents and visitors. Gives accurate, concise, and complete shift reports.
