You have a job to pay most of your living expenses. One supervisor was good at pretending to care
You can be verbally abused and harassed, be touched without your consent and cornered by other male staff and when you finally stand up for yourself, you get in trouble.
I had a job to support my family
Learning new skills
Management team is horrible. Supervisors constantly treat employees in a negative manner.
None
Set hours, hour lunch,
Poor management, supervisor ignores questions, four months in and I still haven’t been shown how to request PTO
Hour lunch
I do love working here, of course we all have bad days, but I have an awesome supervisor and I feel quest as a whole is fair and my supervisor tries to meet our requests for off time and needs as best she can.
Some sites are not pleasant if you work in a doctor office, however that's not Quest fault at all.
Making great friends who get what your going through at work if you had a rough day.
Clients. They are all good people.
The management. They looked for any negative and never a positive.
They had good benefits.
The patients, the actual skill set required to perform phlebotomy effectively & correctly.
The area I currently live in is not conducive to promotion via hard work, commitment, and excellent work record. The Quest management in my current region is about nepotism.
My favorite perk or benefit was being able to work independently (IOP's), networking throughout the medical arena (clients, hospitals, organizations).
Flexibility
Can’t seem to figure out how to get things done through all the layers
My time—-we no longer have PTO and take time off as we need upon management approval
The ability to work independently and the team effort to provide error free testing.
The length it takes to hire potentially great new employees who happens to have short time of hire with competitors.
My team that I currently work with are more like family than co-workers and the benefits offered.
