Responsibilities:
* Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
* Administer oral solutions according to established training.
* Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services.
* Responsible for completing all data entry requirements accurately including data entry of patient registration; entry of test order from requisition or pulling order from database; managing Standing Orders.
* Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including the safeguarding of assets and credit card information.
* Data entry and processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
* Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned such as data entry, inventory, stock supplies, and answer phones when needed.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
Dashboard & Reporting Development
* Support and enable the development of Business Intelligence and Data Science solutions, design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) for customer performance, financial, and operational insights.
* Develop algorithms and processes to transform data into useful, actionable information

Operational Workflow Automation & Data Engineering
* Understand requirements from operational and business teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes.
* Develop and optimize digital workflows for client onboarding, approval process, and reporting using tools (such as UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Sales force, or similar CRM platforms.)
* Manage data pipelines and integrations between multiple systems (UiPath, CRM, ERP, Sales Force, and reporting platforms).

Data Analysis & AI Integration
* Use artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and patterns in customer and financial data to create actionable insights.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Required Work Experience:
* Strong experience in functional requirements gathering via stakeholder interviewing to understand what the business needs and then translate to technical solutions timely
* 3-5 years' experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath).
* 3-5 years of experience in cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.)
* Strong proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for dashboard creation for story telling
* Proficient in Python or R for data analysis/science and workflow automation.
* Proficient and experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling (integrating data from multiple sources into one like smart sheets, sales force, databases, excel, etc.)
Preferred Work Experience:
* Exposure to version control systems (Git, SVN)
* Understanding of and willingness to embrace Agile Project Management
