The Senior National Training Manager Precision Oncology & Pathology (SNTM - Oncology) will have a primary focus on building content, including assessing and revising current curriculum for precision oncology and pathology, building out new curriculum for product launches, and developing ongoing curriculum to ensure the field team is clinically up to date and prepared to address current market conditions/competitors.
This position reports to the Executive Director, Sales Training & Development and leads Oncology training for the Commercial organization. The Senior National Training Manager - Oncology will lead the development of new training curriculum pathways and the significant upskilling of Quest's commercial team in the Oncology space. The SNTM - Oncology will also lead all new hire STAGE training curriculum development and delivery.
This SNTM position will serve as an integral member of the Oncology commercial leadership team and will consult with the franchise to determine knowledge and skill needs for selling into the Oncology marketplace. The SNTM - Oncology will lead training initiatives across the Oncology sales team, including needs assessment, coordination, and delivery of training content, and mapping appropriate STAGE and other training. The NTM - Oncology will become certified in Integrity Selling and deliver this content during STAGE 2 new hire, as well as incorporate into Oncology training. The SNTM - Oncology will also become IMPAX (or other defined strategic selling methodology) certified and will deliver IMPAX (or other defined strategic selling methodology) sessions regularly across Oncology and other commercial teams.
The position will support the consistent development, design, delivery of learning curriculum across all Oncology sales roles. The SNTM - Oncology will drive quality (ROI) of content to prepare the commercial sales team and leaders to effectively engage with Quest Diagnostics customers and promote our corporate value proposition.
The SNTM - Oncology will utilize data provided via Learning Dashboards and will report and track Oncology success metrics. The position will also support other key Oncology commercial learning opportunities, including ongoing tenured sales training, national sales meeting (Accelerate) training programs, and others identified in consultation with the CLC Executive Director and the VP Oncology.
This is a remote position with 25%-30% national travel.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science or business required. Master's degree and / or certifications in instructional design and / or training & development a plus.
Background in medical or biological sciences required. Clinical experience in Oncology or an Oncology-adjacent field a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology field required. Ideal candidate can also demonstrate success as a sales professional or has served in various positions training sales teams within the healthcare industry.
Has a passion for and proven track record in training with minimum of 3 years of virtual and in-person training and development experience.
Natural leader who thrives in working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent project management skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexible and effective at delivering high quality programs under various resource abundancy and / or constraints.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with Commercial Learning Center, Commercial Operations, and Oncology Franchise leadership to develop and implement the overall Oncology training strategy that maximizes performance and results.
Drive and support national programs and provide valuable input about the needs of local programs as well.
Lead the design, development and deployment of national, regional, and local training as directed in various blended learning formats. (live and digital methods)
Partner with commercial and franchise leadership on the strategy, development, and delivery of all Oncology training.
Serve as a primary resource to commercial management and personnel relative to the sales training and development needs of the Oncology team as well as the entire commercial organization.
Conduct formal training sessions (both in person and virtually) that meet the needs of the organization.
Collaborate with Commercial Learning Center leadership to develop/analyze training and identify processes, programs, and techniques for maximizing performance and results.
Continually evaluate all Oncology training activities to identify areas for improvement and drive overall effectiveness.
Consistently increase personal knowledge of Oncology, Quest, innovations, healthcare, and industry trends while keeping pace with training and development innovation
Conduct field training with new and existing Oncology sales representatives.
Serve as a key partner with sales leadership, commercial operations, marketing, and other commercial departments to ensure integration of strategic priorities, materials, and messaging into all training.
Establish consistent process to assess impact, evaluate, and uncover the training needs of stakeholders through collaboration with cross-functional leadership.
Ensure appropriate and timely communication to field and leadership as it pertains to sales training initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant training approaches, curriculum, content and delivery options.

This is a hands-on, lead from the front, position that will require the development and documentation of GxP compliant processes to maintain all aspects of test code management for the Pharma Services group. Follow test updates from partner laboratories and assess when updates are required to the test compendium
Work with partner lab teams and IT to ensure test information is appropriately routed between systems
Work with partner lab and medical teams to ensure test information is appropriately displayed on laboratory reports
Aid in the due diligence of future selection of partner labs by providing assessment of their test compendium and how it maps to the Pharma Services test compendium.

5+ years of experience in laboratory, biopharma, and/or diagnostic industry in multiple lab disciplines, working with an automated Laboratory Information Systems.

**Position Overview**
The Field Clinical Specialist is a visible position that will provide case support to physicians within certain territories. **Essential Job Functions**

Provide clinical and technical support for key study investigators and clinical leaders at assigned sites.

In this role, students will be involved in activities such as: Supporting Research and Development in areas that range from Drug Discovery through Phase 2 and 3 clinical studies and concurrently, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, including: Data preparation, graphical exploration of data, statistical model building and analyses, report writing, and writing of computer programs or software applications associated with the statistical analyses. Other activities may include designing experiments, conducting simulations to evaluate optimal designs, and participation in methodological development.
**Qualifications**
+ Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing (not necessarily taking classes) and pursuing the following degrees: Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related Quantitative discipline.
+ Candidates must be available to work 10-12 weeks from May - August and have the ability to work full-time during that time.
+ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as Permanent Residents or United States Citizens, and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
+ Demonstrated leadership is preferred.

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who specializes in cardiovascular medicine, within Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology. In this role you will be driving key initiatives in KOL engagement, advisory boards, research, publications, medical education, and field intelligence between our Scientific Affairs team and the academic/non-academic surgical community.
This is a business-critical role that requires a combination of both commercial/field/business acumen and Med Affairs/Clinical Affairs background. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing strong relationships with key option leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, identifying unmet needs/scientific gaps in medical research/clinical practice paradigms and cross functional collaboration with internal partners to deliver field & medical insights. You will participate and/or drive special projects including: voice of customer events, physician initiated clinical study conversations, internal and external education, publication planning and execution.
Your primary objective will be to bridge the gap between J&J and our electrophysiology customers by maintaining thorough knowledge of our product platforms, understanding business/strategy objectives and goals, and being updated on current literature and data in cardiac electrophysiology.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of strategic engagement plans to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, surgeons, operating room staff, and relevant medical societies in the cardiac ablation field.
* Act as a scientific authority in cardiac electrophysiology, providing medical and scientific education to internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, and Research & Development, to provide scientific input and insights.
* Communicate & streamline complex scientific information effectively to healthcare professionals, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and clinical utility of our cardiac ablation and diagnostic platforms e.g., provide clinical support during voice of customers sessions.
* Stay up to date with the latest scientific research, medical publications, and emerging trends in cardiac electrophysiology and appendage closure to provide up-to-date insights and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead the preparation of materials needed to deliver presentations on the science supporting the portfolio and participate in scientific symposia, conferences, and educational programs to enhance awareness and understanding of the platforms.
* Support clinical studies and research initiatives by providing scientific and technical expertise and maintaining open lines of communication to the external KOLs and authors.
* Provide training and education to internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure a deep understanding of scientific message.
* Participate in internal trainings to ensure a deep and thorough understanding of our cardiac electrophysiology platforms.
* Organize, analyze, and review/report on customer, scientific, and market information on pre-launch and marketed products.
* Develop educational materials and support programs for personnel.
* Discuss Investigator Initiated and Collaborative study concepts with clinicians.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors/Undergraduate is required.
* An Advanced/Doctoral Degree is highly preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the biotech industry is required;
* Previous experience in cardiovascular medicine is highly desired and will be preferentially considered.
* Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a Medical Affairs/Clinical Sciences/Medical Science liaison is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, and insights within the interventional cardiology and/or electrophysiology space is strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and medical terminology is required.
* A track record of proven success establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, and other healthcare professionals is required.
* Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data quickly and accurately. is required.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both scientific and non-scientific audience. are essential.
* Successful candidates must be highly self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
* Given focus of role for US market, candidate must have work authorization in USA.
* Excellent computer skills, especially with the use of Microsoft Office are required.
