The patients, the actual skill set required to perform phlebotomy effectively & correctly.
The area I currently live in is not conducive to promotion via hard work, commitment, and excellent work record. The Quest management in my current region is about nepotism.

I do love working here, of course we all have bad days, but I have an awesome supervisor and I feel quest as a whole is fair and my supervisor tries to meet our requests for off time and needs as best she can.
