Proven track record of scaling owned or partner-driven acquisition channels with measurable business impact Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data teams, forecasting performance, evaluating LOE/LOI tradeoffs, and making ROI-informed decisions Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Leadership Experience supporting new product launches, product-led growth motions, or early funnel product experimentation is a major plus Hands-on operator with a bias toward action, able to switch seamlessly between strategy, execution, and people leadership Bonus points if you have: Built outbound engines from scratch (tooling, playbooks, segmentation, cadences) and know what great looks like Experience running or scaling referral, affiliate, or co-marketing programs Exposure to PLG environments or marketing tied closely to product workflows Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or marketplaces, especially those with complex considerations and tradeoffs The expected base pay range for this position is $146,200 - $215,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
