You get a paycheck that's all. Management is indifferent to employees needs and work to different standards than that as required of employees. Managers do not show up at office but require employees to be onsite. The client is secondary to the needs of quest. Not a good place to work. Pay is abnormally low. Honesty is not forthcoming. Raises for hard work is mediocre.
Pay very low. Variable pay is always low. Raises are average. Two tiered work managers do as they please and are not present on site but require employees to be onsite. Client is not the priority profit for Quest is. Overtime is a low flat rate not even equal to straight time pay. Have to fight to get OT pay then wait weeks for it to be paid
Ability to buy an extra week of vacation. Health insurance is terrible
