Rajendra joined QuEST as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, and has been working closely with business and functional leaders to execute global strategy on inorganic and organic growth. He spearheads company’s Corporate Controllership, Treasury, FP&A, Taxation, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Strategic Procurement functions. He actively works in driving simplification and automation in processes, deploys best in class technology and build a motivated & empowered team.

Rajendra brings over two decades of professional experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Large Deals structuring, Accounting and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analytics)

Prior to QuEST, Rajendra worked with Wipro Limited for 15 years in various senior management roles. Most recently, he was their Senior Vice-President, leading corporate treasury and investor relations.

A fluent public speaker, Rajendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, and a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a certified Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountant of India.

Yumi Clevenger Lee is a National Board Member at Keep America Beautiful and Chief Marketing Officer at QuEST Global and is based in New York, Chiapas State, Mexico. She has worked as Marketing Manager, Walmart and Sam’s Club Bakeries and Restaurant Accounts at General Mills Inc.; MBA Summer Intern, Kraft Cheese 2% Singles at Kraft Foods Group; and Undergraduate Intern, Springbok Puzzles at Hallmark. Yumi studied at Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University between 2002 and 2004, Trulaske College of Business between 1996 and 1999, and Trulaske College of Business between 2003 and 2003.

As General Counsel of QuEST Global, Lindsey is responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, and compliance activities globally, and overseeing the legal team. He provides legal and strategic guidance on significant corporate initiatives, and looks after corporate governance and compliance matters.

Lindsey offers three decades of experience working with global teams in the areas of procurement, labor and employment, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and integration. Prior to joining QuEST, Lindsey worked with DuPont for over 28 years in various leadership roles. Most recently he was Vice-President and Associate General Counsel, leading the M&A, corporate governance, labor and employment, procurement, and Safety & Construction legal teams.

Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Niketh Sundar joined QuEST in June 2013. He leads the HR imperatives of organizational growth and transformation, capability augmentation and sustainable leadership, creating an engaged workforce, and honing HR readiness to empower business success across geographies. He oversees Talent Mobilization, Learning and Development and Global & Business HR.

Niketh’s experience spans the geographies of USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to QuEST he was working with UST Global - a leading provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. As Global Head for HR with UST Global, Niketh for over a decade, facilitated building the required scale in management of people, processes and systems. He was instrumental in enabling the organization reach PCMM Level 5 maturity as well as institutionalizing UST Global values and propagating the company culture.

An ex-naval fighter pilot and flying instructor, Niketh has held key leadership and management positions in the areas of training and operations in the Defence Services, which included command of a fighter squadron, captain of a war ship and faculty member at the Defence Services Staff College.

A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Pune, India, and Niketh holds a Master’s degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management. He also holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, USA. In addition he has completed Strategic HR Management courses from IIMs Kozhikode and Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad and a certification from the Anderson School of Management, University of California, USA.
