Niketh Sundar joined QuEST in June 2013. He leads the HR imperatives of organizational growth and transformation, capability augmentation and sustainable leadership, creating an engaged workforce, and honing HR readiness to empower business success across geographies. He oversees Talent Mobilization, Learning and Development and Global & Business HR.

Niketh’s experience spans the geographies of USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to QuEST he was working with UST Global - a leading provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. As Global Head for HR with UST Global, Niketh for over a decade, facilitated building the required scale in management of people, processes and systems. He was instrumental in enabling the organization reach PCMM Level 5 maturity as well as institutionalizing UST Global values and propagating the company culture.

An ex-naval fighter pilot and flying instructor, Niketh has held key leadership and management positions in the areas of training and operations in the Defence Services, which included command of a fighter squadron, captain of a war ship and faculty member at the Defence Services Staff College.

A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Pune, India, and Niketh holds a Master’s degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Business Management. He also holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, USA. In addition he has completed Strategic HR Management courses from IIMs Kozhikode and Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad and a certification from the Anderson School of Management, University of California, USA.

Pros of working at Quest Global

You get a paycheck that's all. Management is indifferent to employees needs and work to different standards than that as required of employees. Managers do not show up at office but require employees to be onsite. The client is secondary to the needs of quest. Not a good place to work. Pay is abnormally low. Honesty is not forthcoming. Raises for hard work is mediocre.

Cons of working at Quest Global

Pay very low. Variable pay is always low. Raises are average. Two tiered work managers do as they please and are not present on site but require employees to be onsite. Client is not the priority profit for Quest is. Overtime is a low flat rate not even equal to straight time pay. Have to fight to get OT pay then wait weeks for it to be paid

Ability to buy an extra week of vacation. Health insurance is terrible

Management thinks they have to dictate senior engineers daily activities.Do not listen to Employees. Have to beg for your overtime pay then they hold back a pay period to be paid for required overtime. To many managers
