Quests leadership and it decisions sucks these days. Working equipment becomes more and more poor, employees get alienated in home office to save money for office rentals and anything refills for peers being disgusted away come from body leasing firms.
It's entertaining to see them find new explanation, why we all could have bonuses and investors get money for their shares.
Honesty and transparency. Listen to those, who know the customers and the potential customers

No culture. MAGA hats at SKO. PM team don't understand customers requirements. Software looks dated. Developers amd support cut again. Poor after sales for customers. No loyalty.
