Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner
Prepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standards
Ensure items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standards
Comply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all times
Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures
Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings
Enforce and practice Loss Prevention policies
Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Night Leader timely
Keep store products in stock and set to planogram
Maintain a clean, clutter-free store at all times
Sweep, mop, and clean, as necessary
Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary
Perform and ensure proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and all other procedures are met
Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries
Properly operates the cash register and lottery machine
Processes voids, returns, and customer complaints
Completes all required shift reports and achieves shift objectives
Practice Loss Prevention policies
Comply with fuel operating policies and local/federal regulations (where applicable)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal Digital Private Client Specialist will support client engagement and growth through CRM management and digital marketing execution. This role focuses on implementing segmentation strategies, managing targeted email offers, and maintaining client databases within HubSpot to service a large digital client base efficiently. As as Digital Ptivate Client Specialist, you will identify and qualify leads for the Private Client sales team through digital client interactions and data analysis.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively cultivate, engage, and support top-producing clients.
Execute client segmentation within HubSpot CRM using purchase history, behavioral data, and client feedback.
Researchand generate leads for the private client team to ensure proper assignment and onboarding.
Manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows under senior guidance.
Maintain client database accuracy and updates segmentation criteria regularly.
Support content development for digital campaigns and promotional offers.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generates basic reporting.
Provide personalized shopping experiences by presenting custom product sets aligned with clients' needs and preferences.
Processes digital orders and manage client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Assist with delivery coordination and order fulfillment logistics.

REQUIREMENTS

The Firearms Specialist will assist with customer service/sales in the Sporting Goods Department and will be ultimately responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all records involving firearm sales, maintaining compliance with FFL regulations.
Hourly Pay Range: $16.50-$17.50 Depending on experience.
Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
Responsible for assisting in cycle counts.
Must keep store prepared for ATF and/or internal audits
Must have a good understanding of and assist training other staff on:
A&D log requirements and best practices
Filing of denied and no transfer 4473's
Standardized filing of completed 4473's
What is an AR and how a multiple sale is recorded
Multiple handgun sales and proper recording
How to properly make corrections on a 4473 by employees and customers
Acceptable forms of identification customers can use
When a sale should be refused
What constitutes a “Straw Sale” and how to complete
