I have multifaceted experiences in military Special Operations, Law Enforcement and Civilian Intelligence Agencies and currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Quiet Professionals. My extensive background brings an array of shrewd foresight to the company. I currently lead the company Strategic Business Development initiatives and concentrate on developing solutions and capabilities to solve complex problems for clients such as the Intelligence Community, DOD, and Federal Civilian Government Agencies.

Mike Horowitz has been a leader in the defense industry since 2004. His extensive experience overseeing finance and pricing functions in Defense Contracting organizations has given him a deep understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and opportunities. He has been recognized for his contributions and efforts in achieving growth through competitive contract awards, process improvement, and driving organizational change to enhance capabilities. Mike embodies the core values of QP, with his professionalism and competency fostering trust and cultivating partnerships.

Paul Bova brings extensive expertise in scaling businesses to greater growth and profitability to Quiet Professionals as Chief Business Officer. Paul has comprehensive managerial experience in large corporations as well as small and middle-market companies as managing partner, general manager, and brand director. As the father of two Navy servicemembers and with a family history of service dating back to World War II, Paul has a deep respect for the Quiet Professionals mission. He is focused on driving strategic decision making activities within the company, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency with a focus on continuous improvement.

Michael Register is a Chief Operating Officer at Quiet Professionals and is based in Tampa, Florida. He has worked as Director Of Public Safety at Cobb County Government, Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State University, and Chief of Police at Cobb County Government. Michael studied at Project Management Institute, Liberty University until 2020, and George Mason University.
