It doesn’t because you never get paid. How does an individual like this continue to get away with committing such criminal activity?
worked here. I recommend not to apply. Here was my experience. Imagine stepping on a treadmill set at 10 with consistently long hours coupled with motivation killing unpaid periods (months) that are made at the owners discretion. If you’re good at something they will certainly exploit that and when you are starting to feeling the inevitable burn out, you will be discarded and slandered.
