There are no pros, it’s all nepotism. If you are in good with the current management the skys the limit. New manager comes in and your screwed.
Long hours, dirty environment, poor air quality (they fake their dust samples when checked by adding gravel and subtracting flyash so it’s not dusty when checked. Run it till it breaks is what they do no preventative maintenance or spare parts on hand. Plant Managements bonus is based on how much money they save.
