THE ROLE Account Executive - Enterprise Merchandise We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive at Quince, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of enterprise merchandise clients across industries including Finance, Legal, Sports, Media, and Entertainment. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic start up environment. Commission is uncapped, and top performers are rewarded accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quince's product offerings and be able to represent the brand and drive meaningful sales growth across a variety of customers and industries. This role reports to the Head of Sales and is a part of Quince B2B, an eight-figure business within Quince growing 6x year over year. You will join a team of 8 Account Executives who have been in the seat for 1-2 years and are organized by region (West, Mid, East). You will be supported by the Head of B2B Marketing, a Revenue Operations Manager, a team of Project Managers, and the B2B teams inventory planner, as well as the Director of B2B Operations. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and grow your own book of business. Promote Quince to prospective and existing enterprise clients through a variety of outreach opportunities. Leverage existing relationships with companies and distributors to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities. Effectively represent Quince through outstanding product knowledge and outstanding service. Proactively seek opportunities for creative expansion within the segment. Maintain/track your business pipeline in HubSpot and Sales Navigator. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of Corporate or B2B sales experience with enterprise-level business. Proven track record of generating a book of business & driving sales growth. Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities at Enterprise level. Proven track record of successfully positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments. Proficiency in CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Outside-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by results. Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work independently and competitively in a fast-paced, startup environment. Excellent proactive, solution oriented, problem-solving skills and flexibility. Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee logistics (inbound and outbound freight) and fulfillment operations with third-party logistics partners (3PL). This is a critical role that supports our rapidly growing beauty business by ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inbound and outbound flows, and supporting the resolution of daily operational issues. Key Responsibilities Inbound Freight Management Plan and manage inbound shipments (international and domestic) including freight bookings, load consolidation, carrier selection and route optimizations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inventory. Supervise Logistics Coordinator (direct report) to ensure all business logistics needs and deadlines are met or exceeded. Maintain a network of carrier partners to obtain and compare freight quotes to optimize shipping costs and service levels. Manage air freight operations, including tracking and analyzing air freight spend to identify cost-saving opportunities; collaborate with air carriers to negotiate favorable rates and maintain the air freight tracking reports. Customs & Compliance Coordination Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipments. Prepare and maintain all required shipping and customs documentation (e.g. bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists) and ensure proper HTS classifications for imported goods to comply with import regulations. Coordinate and manage execution of established SOPs with 3PL to ensure inbound shipments release timing is in alignment with internal quality assurance compliance processes. Receiving & Delivery Coordination Schedule and confirm outbound carrier shipments for transfers between 3PLs, Contract Packaging partners and Retail locations. Ensure inbound shipments are compliant with 3PL warehouse receiving requirements (labeling, pallet configuration, etc.) to avoid delivery delays or non-compliance fees. Freight Claims Management File and Manage freight claims for any lost, damaged or delayed inbound shipments. Oversee claims process for outbound DTC shipments to ensure 3PL or carrier compensation is successfully completed for all eligible shipments and validated with 3PL freight invoice credits. Internal Orders Support Oversee logistics for internal stock movements, including product sample orders and headquarters (HQ) supply orders. Validate internal orders meet approval and accounting requirements prior to entering NetSuite (ERP). Manage 3PL Ensure these internal shipments are executed efficiently, with proper documentation and tracking, to meet the needs of marketing, events, or other departments. Wholesale Logistics Operations Support wholesale and retail channel operations by coordinating logistics for partner orders (e.g. Retail Sites, Amazon and other Wholesale Retail accounts). Coordinate with 3PL and carriers to ensure compliance with each partner's shipping guidelines and routing requirements, helping to minimize delays and avoid additional fees or chargebacks. THE ROLE Project Manager- Enterprise Merchandise As Project Manager- Enterprise Merchandise, you will be responsible for supporting Account Executives during the sales process by managing order-to-delivery for their clients. Your primary goals are to leverage your deep understanding of Quince to support your Account Executives and to deliver an excellent customer experience. Your roles and responsibilities are subject to change as we optimize our sales process. You will work directly with the US-based sales team and our Hong Kong-based project manager(s). Performance Expectations Partnership: proactively gathers deal info, finds answers, proposes solutions, and finds opportunities to decrease your operational tasks. Accuracy: detail-oriented and upholds client expectations throughout the entire process. Urgency: replies with a sense of urgency, advocates with vendors on behalf of the customer, organizes next steps at every touchpoint. Customer Support: accountable for all issues, over-communicates with the customer, and manages any issues with confidence and compassion. Responsibilities During the Sales process, you will be asked, among other things, to help Account Executives gather Deal information, understand inventory levels, and interact directly with vendors to plan orders. Once an Account Executive has sold a new project, you will take over all communications with the client from logo approval to billing. This includes finalizing customization details, sharing progress photos and updates, and communicating delivery dates. You will serve as the liaison between our Hong-Kong based project manager and US-based client for approvals. Track project updates in our B2B operations tracker and share updates with clients. Communicate with an Account Executive as needed. Additional Client Support: Assist clients with sample returns Assist with shipping and tracking of samples and complete orders. Troubleshoot any missing or lost items. Answer product and inventory questions as needed. Field requests to expedite samples when possible. Qualifications: Must have knowledge of Google Sheets. Preferred experience with a CRM (we use HubSpot). Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with few policies and procedures.
