KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize AAIM Track and other job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities to actively source and engage candidates. Candidate Evaluation & Hiring Process Conduct initial candidate contact and assess qualifications to determine fit for open positions. Coordinate search committees, ensuring all members understand their roles, confidentiality, and legal responsibilities. Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates. Attend all interviews for search committees to ensure fair hiring practices are being followed for positions below the Leadership/Dean level. Prepare interview packets and ensure all necessary documentation is collected post-interview. Verify employment eligibility, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the hiring process. Complete new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new employees. Relationship Building Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the Human Resources department. Data Analysis & Reporting Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing channels and provide reports on recruitment effectiveness. Offer insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies based on data analysis. Monitor non-board-approved positions and assist in budget approval tracking. Other Responsibilities Schedule probationary meetings with supervisors, employees, and the Human Resources Coordinator or Chief Human Resources Officer.
